ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The habeas corpus petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue viz., Sangeetha seeking direction to the respondent to produce her daughter by name Sangeetha D/o Venkataswami aged about 17 years (Minor girl) from the illegal custody of respondents 3 to 5 before this Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenue viz., Sangeetha has been secured and thereafter placed before the Child Welfare Committee at Krishnagiri. Now at present, the detenue is at home and she does not want to rejoin the petitioner and the petitioner has also been informed the same.
