For Petitioners : M/s.R.Sethuvarayar For Respondent : No appearance O R D E R This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Principal District Court, Krishnagiri to dispose O.S.No.123 of 2017 within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in the Civil Revision Petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of the revision, even without notice to the respondents.

3. The revision petitioners filed a suit for dissolution of the firm and for rendition of accounts in O.S.No.123 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Krishnagiri. The perusal of the docket entry furnished in the typed set of papers, make it clear that suit was posted for recording evidence on 07.10.2021 and thereafter it has been adjourned from time to time without any substantial progress. In these circumstances, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Principal District Court, Krishnagiri to dispose of O.S.No.123 of 2017 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
