C.M.P.No.14060 of 2019 in C.M.A.SR.No.81885 of 2019 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, This petition is filed to condone the delay of 78 days in filing the above Appeal against the order dated 15.02.2019 made in W.C.No.164 of 2017 on the file of the Commissioner for Employees' Compensation Coonoor.

2. Notice served on the first respondent, but there is no representation for him.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that he has no objection in condoning the delay of 78 days in filing the above appeal.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
