2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are allowed.

Accordingly, the miscellaneous petition are ordered.

4.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the above criminal original petitions.
