This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 656 days in preferring the above appeal.
2.The learned counsel prays this Court to dispense with the issuance of notice to the respondent Nos.2 to 8 and respondent Nos.10 to 16 and also made an endorsement to that effect. The same is recorded and notice to the respondent Nos.2 to 8 and respondent Nos.10 to 16 are dispensed with. 3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.
4. The Registry is directed to number C.M.A.Sr.No.79911 of 2025, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same in the usual course.
5. It is made clear that the petitioner will not be entitled for any interest for the default period, if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
