ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner in this Original Petition died on 23.12.2025 and hence, the prayer has become infructuous. Therefore, this petition may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also filed a memo to that effect on 06.04.2026.

Accordingly, this Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
