ORDER

The petitioner's online application for an electricity connection is stated to have been cancelled again on-line Vide proceedings dated 15.06.2023. This is now under challenge.

2.Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for Tamil Nadu Electricity Board takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.When the Court perused the impugned proceedings of the respondent, it says that the reason for cancellation of the petitioner's Application for electricity connection is due to request of the Applicant. 4.The learned counsel for the respondent circulated a written request of the petitioner to the TANGEDCO dated 14.06.2023 and this Court does not find anything in the negative as to the cause for cancellation. 2/4

5.In view of the same, this Court does not consider that any merit subsists for this Court to take cognizance of the grievance stated. 6.Consequently, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
