(Made by S. Vaidyanathan,J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents produced an order of the Hon'ble Apex Court dated 07.08.2023 passed in Special Leave to Appeal(C) Nos. 8697 - 8699 of 2023 granting an order of interim stay and directing the SLP to be posted in the third week of September, 2023.

In view of the aforesaid interim order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the parties to work out their remedy after the disposal of the SLP by the Hon'ble Apex Court.
