This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.3 imposed on the petitioner by the learned CCB and CBCID, Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai-8, in Crl.M.P.No.6785 of 2019 on 24.06.2019.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complied with in all the conditions except the third condition as imposed by the court below since he was taking medical treatment continuously.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is modified the condition No.3 imposed on the petitioner by the learned C.C.B. and C.B.C.I.D, Metropolitan https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai-8, in Crl.M.P.No.6785 of 2019 on 24.06.2019, to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police fifteen days once i.e., on first day at 5.00 p.m., for a period of four weeks.
