ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Mr.P.Muthamizhselvakumar, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner argued the matter for a considerable length of time. When the learned Additional Public Prosecutor made a submission that the detenu is not under illegal detention and she is living with her father, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has chosen to withdraw the habeas corpus petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is for the parties to resolve the matrimonial dispute in the manner known to law.
