This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the Fair and Decreetal order dated 25.07.2013 passed in M.P.No.73 of 2013 in R.C.O.P.No.149 of 2010 dismissing the petition to implead by the X Small Causes Court at Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the first respondent has filed a Memo dated 31.08.2017 stating that she had received the balance amount of Rs.1,80,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Eighty Thousand only) by Demand Draft No.112880495 dated 16.08.2017 of Indian Overseas Bank, Saligramam, Chennai and she has also agreed to withdraw the M.Ps filed in E.A.Nos.143 & 144 of 2013 and E.A.Nos.155 to 158 of 2013 in E.P.No.489 of 2013 pending on the file of the X Court of Small Causes.

3. The above Memo dated 31.08.2017 filed by the learned counsel for the respondents is recorded.

4. In view of the above Memo filed by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2014 is also closed. 02.02.2022 Index :
