O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13359 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020 directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M., and 05.30P.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13359 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020, is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30A.M., until further orders and the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, until further orders.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
