Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant as well as the learned Counsel appearing for the contesting respondents. 2.This petition has been filed under Section 148 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking an order to condone the delay and to extend the time of 13 days in complying the conditional order dated 18.11.2015 passed in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in C.M.A.No.2568 of 2015.

3.It is an admitted fact that the appellant/Insurance Company has deposited the entire award amount as directed by this Court dated 18.11.2015.
