2.To be noted, captioned main 'Habeas Corpus Petition' ['HCP' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity] was admitted by this Court on 06.04.2023.

4.Today, Ms.M.Kruthika learned counsel on record for petitioner and Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for all respondents are before us.

5.Adverting to the proceedings made in the previous listing on 06.07.2023 more particularly paragraph no.2 therein, learned Prosecutor submits that local enquiry has been made and he has obtained instructions. Learned Prosecutor submits on instructions that the marriage of petitioner's daughter (detenu's daughter) which was fixed on 12.02.2023 but had to be put off owing to detenu's arrest on 09.02.2023 has now been rescheduled to be held on 14.07.2023 at the temple mentioned in the previous listing. Therefore, captioned Crl.MP prayer for fixing an early date is acceded to. 6.List the captioned Habeas Corpus Petition tomorrow (11.07.2023) for final hearing.
