This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- to the credit of Advocate Clerk Association, Cuddalore District, imposed by this Court, dated 19.06.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of Advocate Clerk Association, Cuddalore, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain intact.
