Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submit that the Petitioners are the Applicants before the Railway Claims Tribunal, Chennai Bench.

2. This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 503 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.79951 of 2025.

3. Learned Counsel for the Respondent has filed an objection, stating that the reason for the delay mentioned by the Petitioners due to a medical condition is unacceptable and she vehemently objects to the same.

4. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed on condition that the Petitioners are not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 503 days and the delay of 503 days is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order, and to print the name of the learned Counsel for the Respondent in the Appeal, when the Appeal is listed before this Court.
