ORDER

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the life and property of the petitioner's, and enable to him to construct a compound wall on the property situated in S.No.64/1 at Pallavaram, Chengalpattu District. 2.

On instructions, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on receipt of the complaint, the petitioner was issued CSR No.860 of 2026. Thereafter, a detailed enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed on 14.06.2026.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a private complaint in the manner known to law, if so advised. No costs. 25-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order LPP
