This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to implead the respondents 659 herein as respondents 6-59 in main writ petition W.P.No.21616 of 2018.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present miscellaneous petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ miscellaneous petition is dismissed an withdrawn.
