ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Metur instead of Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Mettur in the petition and order in Crl.O.P.No.12920/2026, dated 14.05.2026.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. The time for complying with the condition imposed by the order dated 14.05.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.12920 of 2026 is extended till 05.06.2026.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy.
