Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as a secondary grade teacher in the sixth respondent school, from the date of

appointment i.e., from 19.10.2017 along with all attendant and monetary benefits.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to approve her appointment as a Secondary Grade Teacher in the sixth respondent School from the date of appointment and for consequential benefits. 2.The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher on 19.10.2017 in a sanctioned post. Thereafter, the sixth respondent sent a proposal to the fourth respondent seeking approval of the petitioner's appointment, but the said proposal was returned by the fourth respondent. Hence, this writ petition.

3.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent submitted that the returned proposal would be sent to the third respondent, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also agreed.

4.As agreed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent, the returned proposal be sent to the third respondent, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such proposal being submitted, the third respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
