ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondents for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.16984 of 2022 dated 04.07.2022.

2. The present contempt petition is not maintainable as the respondents had already taken possession of the shop on 30.06.2022. Though, the petitioner may have a case on merits, it is open for the petitioner to work out the remedy before the learned Single Judge, before whom the writ petition is now listed.

3. The contempt petition is therefore closed with liberty to the petitioner to press the matter for final hearing in the above writ petition. No costs.
