O R D E R

Challenging the order dated 19.11.2012 passed in O.S.No.169 of 2009 on the file of the Additional District Court - II, Poonamallee, the plaintiff has filed the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.By order dated 19.11.2012, the trial Court suo motu stayed the suit under Section 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Challenging the said order, the plaintiff has filed the above Civil Revision Petition.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that now the trial Court is proceeding with the suit and that the order of stay granted by the trial Court was not given effect to. The learned counsel further submitted that recording his submission, the Civil Revision Petition may be closed.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, since the trial Court is proceeding with the suit, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
