This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to implead the Assistant Director, Directorate of Enforcement and the Deputy General Manager, Canara Bank/De facto Complainant as the respondent Nos.2 and 3 respectively in Crl.R.C.No.552 of 2025.

2. Considering the nature of allegations that the ECIR has also been registered in the matter and they have returned the money, being the necessary parties, the proposed parties are impleaded as the respondent Nos.2 and 3 respectively in Crl.R.C.No.552 of 2025.

3. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
