Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus direct the respondents 1 & 2 transfer the case in Crime No.1434 of 2014 on the records of the 4th respondent to CBCID, take appropriate disciplinary action against the 5th respondent based on the representation made by the Petitioners dated 11.12.2014 and further direct the respondents 1-3 pay the compensation to the 2nd Petitioner for death of her daughter Ms.Jayashri.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for transferring the investigation in Crime No.1434 of 2014 pending on the file of the 4th respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police have already filed a final report and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.128 of 2015, on the file of the Mahila Court, Chennai. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would further submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses. 3.In view of the above, no further orders can be passed by this Court.
