This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that "The petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M for period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.25270 of 2022 on 30.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
