Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Ms.Akila Rajendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent reported that the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court and accordingly, issued proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.135/AA2/2025 dated 21.08.2025 and also placed a copy of the same before this Court.
