ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the Condition the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m for a further period of six more weeks, until further orders, imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1763 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.35426 of 2026 order on 05.02.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent/police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and the fact that petitioner is complying the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1763 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.35426 of 2026, dated 05.02.2026.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
