ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to produce the body and person of the detenue, by name Deepa, aged about 24 years, from the illegal custody of the third respondent herein before this Court and set her at liberty.

Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the records to show that enquiry was conducted by the second respondent by calling both the petitioner and the detenue and during the said enquiry, the detenue has stated that she was never in love with the petitioner.

3.In pursuant to the said statement given, the petitioner has also withdrawn the complaint. In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
