This petition has been filed by the petitioners, to implead one Subramani S/o.Perumal Gounder, No.1/60, Vadikadu, P.Ayipalayam, 85R.Komarapalayam, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, as the second respondent in the above writ petition.

2. In order to test the order of the first respondent, the presence of the proposed respondent is also required. Accordingly, the impleading petition is ordered. The said Subramani is impleaded as the second respondent in the above writ petition.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
