ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to give police protection to the petitioner.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that he had purchased a property in Kollimalai hills and carrying on his horticulture activities, which is being opposed by the locals and they are causing obstacles to his horticultural activities. Hence, the petitioner has sent a complaint through post.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that if the petitioner appears before 2nd respondent along with other materials in support of his contention, the same would be considered and thereafter, appropriate action will be taken.

4. Considering the submission, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent police along with the available materials in supporting of his contention. Thereafter, it is for the respondent police to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
