The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records in pursuant to the complaint against the petitioner dated 30.04.2012 forwarded by the Sub-Judge, SubCourt, Vellore to the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Vellore and quash the same.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 13.06.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. When the matter was called today i.e. 22.06.2018, again there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
