This petition is filed to condone the delay of 118 days in filing the above Appeal. 2.Mr.C.Paranthaman, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 118 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the 'High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai', within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve the typed set of papers to Mr.C.Paranthaman, learned counsel who is appearing for the second respondent.
