2. This Court by its order dated 28.10.2021 has granted interim stay of the Judgment and Decree made in OS.No.23 of 2017 dated 27.09.2019 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Kallakurichi, until further orders.

3. It is seen from the records that service has been completed in the appeal and the main appeal is ripe for final hearing. Accordingly, the stay granted is made absolute and accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
