ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition of " the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders" imposed upon by this Court by order made in Crl.OP.No.9076 of 2025 dated 01.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
