This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 7 (b) i.e the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6523 of 2023 dated 23.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week morning at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
