ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, every day at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further order, in order dated 13.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.6547 of 2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent/police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly for a period of 51 days.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and the petitioner has complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the Condition No.7 (c) imposed on the petitioner in toto.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
