2.The learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that this petition may be allowed on cost.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay subject to the condition, that the petitioner/appellant shall pay a cost of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court of Madras, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
