Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to Grant an order of Interim Injunction restraining the Respondents, their successors in office and subordinates from claiming the license fee for the 4th year (19/09/2021 to 18/09/2022) till the extension of the Licence Period of 105 days decided by this Hon'ble Court.

Arb.Appln.No.242 of 2021:

Arbitration Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an order of Interim Direction directing the Respondents, their successors in office and subordinates to add 105 days for the license period of the 3rd year (19/09/2020 to 18/09/2021) and extend the Licence period from 18/09/2021 to 31/12/2021.

Arb.Appln.No.243 of 2021:

Arbitration Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to

grant an order of Interim Direction directing the Respondents, their successors in office and subordinates to permit the Applicant to continue the fish harvesting from 19/09/2021 by engaging fishermen's from outside for fish harvesting along with the fishermen employed by the respondents till the end of licence period on 18/09/2023 subject in Licence Deed dated 18/09/2018.

These original application and arbitration applications are coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw these applications. By granting such permission, O.A.No.559 of 2021, Arb.Appln.Nos.242 and 243 of 2021 are dismissed as withdrawn. Sd/.S.K.R.J.
