The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in connection with the order passed by him in Approval petition No.59 of 2004 dated 04.10.2006 and quash the same.

ORDER

The petitioner prays to issue a writ of Certiorari to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in connection with the order passed by him in Approval petition No.59 of 2004 dated 04.10.2006 and quash the same. 2.When the matter was called on 05.06.2018 this Court has passed the following Order:

"Heard learned counsel for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is not present.

The learned counsel for the second respondent is permitted to serve notice on the petitioner and also to the Department Corporation.

The learned Government Pleader is directed to inform the concerned counsel.

Post on 08.06.2018."

3.When the matter was called on 08.06.2018, inspite of notice being served the learned counsel for the petitioner has not turned up before this Court. Hence the matter was adjourned on 11.06.2018 under the caption "for dismissal". 4.Even today when the matter is called there was no representation for the petitioner hence the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
