Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner for appearing before the Respondent police, Alangayam Police Station, Thirupathur District daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.11795 of 2021 dated 08/07/2021.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PREMKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 08.07.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 08.07.2021 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
