This Court while disposing of the above said Civil Revision Petition on 13.02.2019 directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit in OS.No.277 of 2008 within a period of twelve months from the date of that order. 2.Today, When the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur through his letter dated 25.01.2021 has prayed for extension of six months time to dispose of the suit pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ponneri, since the order passed by this Court dated 13.02.2019 has not been complied with, within the time prescribed by this Court.

3.Considering the request made by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, this Court is of the view that it is just and proper to give further six months time to dispose of the suit pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ponneri. 4.Accordingly, further six months time is granted to dispose of the suit in OS.No.277 of 2008 pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ponneri, in order to comply the order passed by this Court on 13.02.2019.
