Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Letter Na.Ka.No.37/2015/M3/dated 16.02.2015 and quash the same thereby directing the 2nd respondent to refix the scale in the basic scale of pay Rs.1400-50-2300-60-2600 in ordinary scale and Rs.1600-2660 in selection grade from Rs.1200-30-1560-40-2040 and thereby follow the recommendation of Road Inspector.
