This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 96 days in representing S.A.No.sr148099 of 2019. 2.Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the 1st Appellant was suffering from Jaundice and was taking treatment. The learned counsel further submitted that one of the Appellant viz., Purushothaman died and his legalheirs have to be impleaded and therefore, there is a delay of 96 days in re-presenting the above Appeal.

3.Since this Court is convinced with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, this Petition is ordered as prayed for.
