A.Nos.3003 and 3004 of 2022 in C.S.No.107 of 2022 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J., A.No.3003 of 2022 is filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of S.Peranandam, the sole plaintiff in the above Suit.

2.A.No.3004 of 2022 is filed to permit the applicants herein to bring the proposed plaintiffs 2 to 5, namely applicants 1 to 4 herein on record as plaintiffs 2 to 5 in the above Suit as the legal heirs of the deceased S.Peranandam, the sole plaintiff in the above Suit.

3.Heard both sides. The respondents in the above applications have no serious objections in allowing these applications.

4.Hence, these applications are allowed.
