C.M.P.No.20045 of 2021 C.M.P.No.20045 of 2021 in SA SR.No.148099 of 2019 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN.J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 110 days in paying the deficit court fee. The petitioner submitted that after disposal of the appeal in A.S.No.31 of 2018, the third defendant Purushothaman died his death coupled with prevailing Covid-19 situation contributed to the delay in paying the deficit court fee. Considering the reason stated by the petitioner and accepting the reason, the delay of 110 days in paying the deficit court fee is condoned. This petition is allowed.
