O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mannargudi to complete the trial in C.C.No.131 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II Court, Mannargudi within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.

3. On 12.06.2025, while disposing this Criminal Original Petition, this Court directed the respondent-Police to secure the accused in Crime No.56 of 2021 on or before 30.06.2025. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submitted that said order of this Court has been duly complied with. The same is recorded.

4. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of

the case as early as possible and as per roaster. The respondent-Police is directed to produce witnesses without any delay and cooperate for early disposal of the case. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the trial Court.

5. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
