PRAYER: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records, in particularly the certificate of verification issued by the 4th respondent dated 30.10.2013 and the consequential order made in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.84/2013-1 dated 31.10.2013 passed by the 5th Respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry in respect of grant of certificate of
verification issued by the 4th respondent within stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Honourable Court. The Controversy between the petitioner and the 6th respondent is relating to tenancy.
2.The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the 6th respondent, who is a tenant, is to be evicted. 3.However, it is a private dispute between the writ petitioner and the 6th respondent and the petitioner claims that the subject property belongs to him. All such disputes cannot be resolved in a writ proceedings and such Civil rights are to be established before the competent Court of Law with reference to the documents and evidences made available.
4. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent Court of law for the purpose of redressal of his grievances in the manner known to law.
5. With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
