As per the directions of this Court passed in Crl.RC.No.1249 of 2019 dated 09.06.2023, the Revision Petitioner/Accused is produced before this Court today.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner / Accused has filed a petition in Crl.MP.No.9089 of 2023 in Crl.RC.No.1249 of 2019, to recall the Non-Bailable Warrant issued by this Court in Crl.RC.No.1249 of 2019 dated 09.06.2023.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner / Accused submitted that in this revision petition, the revision petitioner/accused was permitted to go on bail by suspending the sentence on 17.03.2020. Suspension of Sentence was not cancelled. For non-appearance of the revision petitioner's counsel before this Court on 09.06.2023, this Court ordered Non-Bailable Warrant for producing the Revision Petitioner/Accused.

4. As per the directions of this Court by order passed in Crl.RC.No.1249 of 2019 dated 09.06.2023, the Revision Petitioner/Accused has been produced today before this Court. Since the Non-Bailable Warrant has been executed, recalling of Non-Bailable Warrant will not lie. Hence, the petition filed to recall the warrant in Crl.MP.No.9089 of 2023 in Crl.RC.No.1249 of 2019 is closed as infructuous.

5. Since the revision petitioner/accused is released on bail by suspending the sentence as per the order of this Court dated 17.03.2020, the Revision Petitioner/Accused is directed to be produced before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem. Mr.R.Jayaseelan, Sub-Inspector of Police, Hasthampatti Police Station, Salem City is directed to produce the revision petitioner/accused before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem and on production of the revision petitioner/Accused, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem is hereby directed to get a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) from the revision petitioner/Accused and release him with a direction to appear before the Court, whenever directed.
