ORDER

The petitioner has been granted bail for the offences punishable under Sections 8(C), 20(b)(ii)(B) and 29(i) of NDPS Act read with Section 77 of the Juvenile Justice Act in Crime No.641 of 2024. Thus, the petitioner seeks relaxation for the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, viz., first and third Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.M.P.No.7676 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.3172 of 2025 dated 21.04.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition. However, he seeks relaxation of the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modifies the above condition to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required". 2/4
