Learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the Fourth Respondent and seeks time to get instructions. 3.

The First, Second and Third Respondents have filed Counter Affidavits for which Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks time to file Reply.

This Court during the earlier hearing on 06.06.2019, has held as follows:- "4.

In order to have a better understanding of the factual contentions, the Second Respondent, viz., the Commissioner, Tiruppur Corporation is directed to immediately inspect the property with the assistance of a Government Surveyor and file a report supported by a sketch showing the actual measurements, apart from the physical features and topography of the property supported by photographs and video. The approved layout plan shall also be produce before the Court. The aforesaid requirement shall be complied by 21.06.2019." The Second Respondent shall comply with the aforesaid requirements before the next hearing.

Post the matter on 16.09.2019.
